CHANGE FOR GOOD - 3 MONTH PROGRAM
Create healthy habits to last a lifetime. You will learn all the necessary tools to turn the tables on aging. And you will have complete guidance, accountability and long-term motivation. I will be with you every step of the way. Here is some of what you will be receiving:
- Initial 90 minute Discovery Session to get to know you as we begin to define your goals.
- 11 weekly - 45 minute coaching sessions to talk about what is working and to implement new steps. This is a journey, and we take manageable steps along the way. Coaching sessions are conducted via video chats, phone calls, or if you are local, in person. Your choice!
- Nutritional guidance on how to lose weight, and create healthy environment in your body so you become less prone to disease.
- Safe and effective exercise plans and videos customized to your level and needs.
- Daily / weekly text or email reminders of planned actions.
- An account on my coaching platform so you can see all your progress and access any worksheets, videos, eating plans, etc., needed to implement your transformation.
- Access to your coach (me) via text and email in between sessions. I am there for you and for your success!
