"Wanting a change in my life---a change toward better fitness, better health, and a better me--I began my journey with Sabrina in 2012 when I was 63. I had been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and wondered what the future had in store for me. I had a hard time moving, my joints ached, and I put on weight. Together with Sabrina's guidance through the myriad of fitness regimes and the jungle of food options, I lost 40 pounds, gained the confidence I needed to walk and exercise, and found physical fitness, really for the first time in my life. Sabrina is an incredible, upbeat trainer who I enjoyed working with 2 to 3 times a week. It broke my heart when I moved away. She tailored our sessions to exactly what I needed.
