HAND UP - ONE MONTH PROGRAM
Need a hand up onto solid ground and already have some self-motivation this is a good start. With weekly sessions and constant guidance, you will learn new tools to begin to create the habits you need to have the life you have always wanted.
- Initial 30-minute Discovery Session to define what you are working towards and create a plan.
- 4 weekly 45-minute coaching/training sessions.
- Daily/ weekly texts or email reminders of your planned actions.
- Your own account on the Coach Accountable platform see all your progress and access any worksheets or videos assigned.
- Access to your coach (me) via text and email in between sessions.
