Face-to-face Zoom or FB sessions for challenging workouts and coaching. We will workout and then take time to discuss what is working, what needs to be changed in your weekly plans and then choose the steps needed to keep moving forward with your plans.
Daily Text Reminders
Ongoing support in between our sessions via timely texts or emails will remind you of the action plans and daily steps you set out to take. Answer back yes or no and it gets recorded into a nice little chart in your account to keep track of your progress! Easy as that!
