New Saturday Intro to Yoga Series starting March 21st 10am - 11am This series is a perfect way to get introduced to the benefits of yoga. Set in a non-intimidating and nurturing environment, we will learn and progress in our yoga practice. Great for new students or those who already enjoy the benefits of yoga.
